I´m a french native, who have been living in Marseille, a city on the Mediterranean sea where the smells of cumin, mint, coriander are floating in the little streets of Noailles Market.
I take my inspiration through the french and Mediterranean cuisine.
I always bring from my travels some kitchen tools, like bawls or wooden spoons.
I´m finding local recipes like a treasure hunter.
through this food concept, I’d like to feed the curiosity of the eye combined to the pleasure of the belly, driving around on a tiny outdoor kitchen-bicycle.
UNITED COLORS OF FOOD is a “streetfood concept” on a bicycle.
This name pops up cause we are different people from Denmark, Italy, France, Vietnam.
United by the same desire to enjoy food. for the pleasure of the tongue and the pleasure of the eyes.
Taking inspiration from the world kitchen, meeting cooking Mamas and Papas, collecting local recipes, dancing the twist with food.
